Q: How long does shipping take to arrive to me?

A: For pre-order items, please anticipate a production and fulfillment timeframe of 2 - 6 weeks. 

A: Pre-made items, typically require 1 day for fulfillment. Before purchasing, we advise reviewing the product description, as refunds are not offered.

 

Q: How does your refund policy work?

A: We want to inform you that once your order is shipped or production begins, we are unable to accommodate returns, order changes, or exchanges, and all sales are considered final. To ensure your satisfaction, we kindly urge you to thoroughly review product descriptions before purchasing. Upon receiving your order, we encourage you to inspect it promptly. If you happen to find any defects, damage, or incorrect items, please reach out to us within 24 hours. Your prompt contact will help us swiftly address the issue and take the necessary steps to ensure your complete satisfaction. 

Q: Are there specific washing instructions?

A: To ensure the longevity and quality of our shirts and hoodies, we recommend washing them inside out by hand wash. As for drying, we don't recommend using a drying machine but instead air drying. to keep our product intact. We will not provide a refund if the product is damaged due to not following washing instructions, as the the product is final sale.  This simple step helps preserve the fabric and design, allowing you to enjoy our products for as long as possible.

Q: What If my item is Damaged?
A: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it. 
If the address is incorrectly entered, the buyer must take full responsibility for the lost item unless we are contacted BEFORE production is over.

If your order is damaged or irregular you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. 

To start a return, contact us at clothingmagnestudios@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
